Working with a Life Coach is a bit like working with a personal trainer who helps you to create and achieve your life goals, rather than fitness goals, and holds your hand through the process, every step of the way.
Life Coaches don’t offer advice or solutions, this is where Life Coaching differs from counselling, consulting, mentoring or therapy. A Life Coach will, however, ask you powerful non-judgemental questions so that you are able to uncover the solutions for yourself…we all have the answers hidden inside us somewhere, even if we don’t realise it! Sometimes, however, they are buried so deeply inside that we may end up going round and round in circles, unaware of the solutions that may even be right in front of us....as result we may end up feeling like we are "stuck in a rut", feeling demotivated and hopeless.
As a Life Coach, I will guide you through the process of gaining some clarity in your life, work with you to create clear goals and formulate a step-by-step plan to success. If you are lacking motivation or if we discover any self-limiting beliefs along the way, we will work through these issues together by using different tools and techniques. I often integrate NLP and EMDR into my Life Coaching sessions where needed, which will help to instil you with confidence, keep you feeling motivated and enable you to reach your goals faster as a result.
